Inspired by the world famous Twix® chocolate, the Amadora Twix cake contains a sticky caramel center on a sponge cake base covered with rich chocolate ganache. We start with our cake base and layer our caramel on top of the cake.
We prepare the ganache with slowly melting chocolate with cream until it’s well combined and smooth. After it’s allowed to cool, we pour over the cake and Set aside to cool. This is then allowed to chill in our blast freezer before it served!
